Hi there!

I think that's Javascript language. I only studied Python, but I guess the word is "ornamental smith". The reverse function does what the name says, reverse the string. Therefore,
Str1 = al
Str2 = ith
Str3 = ent
Str4 = orn
Str5 = am
Str6 = sm

Finally, the code concatenate the strings in this order: 4,5,3,1,6,2
obtaining: orn+am+ent+al+sm+ith
