Email Window only opens on the 2nd click

Hi,

It's already some time that the "New Email Button" next to the Profile Picture does disappear and does not open the Email Popup Window anymore.
Certainly this has to do that the Email Window only opens on the 2nd click
The first Click only makes the "New Email Button" disappear.

This was not always like this but started to occurr some months ago.
