porque no me deja abrir el calendario de evento cuando no dan la recompensas prntscr.com/pqk2x8, por mucho que le doy a la ventanoa no me da nada ?????.

We have sent 300 gems to all active players on the 24th of October so they can open the first three doors in the event calendar. This was sent in your mailbox. Note that the gems would be automatically sent to your inventory if you delete the message by accident.
