Problems with the mission "Slowly but surely"

The mission "Slowly but surely" asks to extract the 5 deposits with C.H.A.T.A.R.R.E.R.O. At first I found three collections of gems to apply them to, but I found the other 2 once the first 3 were exhausted and now the marker "Extract all 5 deposits" only indicates the last two.
I have had the mission inactive for more than a month.
I wrote a ticket and you replied that you were fixing it, but nothing has happened.
Do I have to put up with it or do you plan to repair it?
