    Hello Teucre,

    The unannounced maintenance that happened last week on March 18th was part of a larger maintenance and several other Ubisoft games were affected. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to restore The Settlers Online to a stable condition on the same day forcing us to extend the maintenance to March 19th wherein another maintenance had been previously announced.

    On March 21st, we sent gifts to active players to compensate for the losses the maintenance caused. Unfortunately, we cannot pause the game completely during such incidents. During scheduled maintenance, adventures and premium times will be extended.
